Archival Afterlives: postwar poetry in English, John Rylands Research Institute, University of Manchester, 27-29 June 2017

The opening session of this conference is a roundtable discussion which reflects the way the work of the Diasporic Literary Archives Network is informing and influencing current debate about literary manuscripts worldwide. Entitled The Global Diaspora of Modern Literary Archives, the session on Tuesday 27 June will be chaired by Stella Halkyard of the John Rylands Library and will feature presentations from David Sutton (Director of the Diasporic Literary Archives Network), Steven Enniss (Director of the Harry Ransom Center, University of Texas at Austin) and Rachel Foss (Head of Contemporary Archives and Manuscripts, the British Library), followed by their roundtable discussion.
